This is a 3-tier (12 inch, 10 inch and 6 inch) moist banana cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling. It is covered in a layer of vanilla buttercream and wrapped in layers of white fondant strips to give it a fabric layered look. It is decorated with fresh flowers from the ceremony. Simple yet very elegant and classy. Serves 100-120.
