#6. Chocolate Decadence Cookies

Oh my God! That's all. These are SO good. If you're a chocolate fan, then these are for you. Perfectly soft in the middle, a slight crunch on the edges, and molten gooey bittersweet chocolate inside. YES.
These are very fast to make, and are done baking in 8-10 minutes.

In a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water place:
4oz semi sweet chocolate
1T butter
melt. Take off the heat to cool down a bit.

In another heatproof bowl measure:
1 egg
1/4C sugar
1T vanilla extract
with a handheld mixer, mix till combined, then place over the same pot of simmering water. Mix till doubled in quantity. Take off the heat. Fold in the warm chocolate mixture, then fold in:
1/8C all purpose flour
1/8t baking powder
1/8t salt
6oz roughly chopped bitter sweet chocolate chunks.
Fold until combined.
Take a teaspoon, and scoop onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350F oven.

Cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
