Peanut Butter Cups

Delicious and festive homemade peanut butter cups. Need we say more? Yummm!

The Tivens/Schneiderman Wedding Cupcake Cake

This was the most personal wedding I have ever been a part of! The bride's mother, Debbie Tivens, is an amazing artist and personalized everything about the day from the invitations to the ceremony aisle runner all the way down to the dinner table chargers, and she even covered the cake stand with fabric and embellishments for the 'cupcake cake'. It was a beautiful beach themed wedding and they had a dramatic 'cupcake cake' to match, along with a gluten-free wedding cake topper for the beautiful bride and her groom to feed eachother at the end of the festivities. The bride Jessica chose 4 flavors for her 'cupcake cake': Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, Vanilla Bean filled with Lemon Curd with Citrus Buttercream, Pina Colada Cupcakes and Strawberry Champagne Cupcakes. All cupcakes were decorated with gum paste orchid flowers, shells and starfish.

Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Torte

In honor of a friends wedding rehearsal dinner: 2 Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Tortes. With only 5 ingredients, this cake is like a dark chocolate fudgey cake. You have to make sure only the best quality of ingredients are used or you will taste it! A dusting of cocoa powder, piped chocolate buttercream and unique chocolate curls make this cake special and memorable.

Chocolate Mousse Cake

So light, yet fluffy, a deep chocolate flavor that lingers on your taste buds.. simply delicious!

Coconut Blondies with semi-sweet Chocolate

Still containing chocolate, but these have a subtle coconut flavor and the perfect gooeyness. Not as overpowering as her brother: the brownie, yet satisfying.

Death By Chocolate Brownies

These brownies are by far the most requested baked good I create. A light dusting of powdered sugar and a mouthwatering platter of brownies is ready to be devoured. So chocolaty, moist and delicious, there is almost nothing better ;)

The Second Wedding Reception: A Casual Affair

We made some red velvet and cinnamon spice mini cupcakes for the couple's seccond reception, a casual open house. Homemade rice crispy treats were also on the menu as well as raspberry crumble bars (not pictured).
