The same bunch of ripe bananas




I know I'm going post crazy, but I have a little bit of extra time (very rare), I like baking, and I like taking photographs = perfect combination. Plus I still have to finish off my bunch of ripe bananas, so I used the last of them on a banana bourbon cream pie. I made it with a graham cracker crust, I prefer the crunch with the bananas. I added bourbon to the cream filling with vanilla, and some bourbon into my sweetened whipped cream. It tastes pretty darn good. A perfect treat for anyone who loves bananas (my husband does not, but I won't have any problems getting this one eaten).
