Almond & Hazelnut Crunch Truffles

I've decided to share with you this really easy, yet delicious truffle. If you like hazelnuts, then you will love this. All you need are toasted whole hazelnuts and toasted almond slivers. Let them cool then melt milk chocolate over a double boiler, add some praline paste, mix it in until there are no lumps, then fold in the cooled nuts. Let this sit for about 30 minutes because it will be too warm. Stir every 15 minutes, then heap a little teaspoon full onto parchment paper, put a little salt on top, any salt is fine, but maldon salt or fleur de sel is prettier. Then chill. When the chocolate is set they are nice and crunchy, sweet yet salty, a perfect little treat.
