Event Food Sculptures

We know it's January, and we're behind on posts. The holiday season has been crazy, especially with our Winter Wonderland event on December 7th, which turned out wonderfully... what else?
Here are some photos of our sculptures that we worked on weeks before our event...

Gingerbread Mansion

A gingerbread house built together with caramel, and a large property covered with icing and coconut.

Croquembouche Tower

Cream puffs stuck together with caramel and sprayed with edible pearl color.

Buche de Noel

A chocolate sponge cake rolled with chocolate, decorated with chocolate butter cream, and decorated with powdered sugar and meringue mushrooms.
