Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

The difference with these cookies and others, is that the rolled oats were first soaked with water, to make the cookies extra moist. The raisins were also soaked in rum, and the butter was melted instead of creamed. All components to a not so ordinary cookie. These bake crispy on the outside, and moist on the inside, a perfect combination.
