This beautiful 12" cake that I call "The Enchanted Lady Cake" was served at a best friends wedding rehearsal dinner. It's both beautiful for a special occasion and absolutely delicious! It's a 3-layer moist chocolate cake filled with 2 layers of salted caramel and covered in just enough vanilla cream cheese buttercream to hold on the lady fingers and fresh berries on the top. This cake is both sweet and salty from the quality chocolate layers and salted caramel, and the fresh berries compliment your palate in the perfect way. This cake fed over 30 people with no problems. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful occasion.
