Lemon-Coconut Macaron Pie

New Year means new pies! This one is a lemon-coconut pie, when you cut it open it is filled with an abundance of roasted macadamia nuts and pockets of white chocolate. The lemon adds a nice fresh tangy taste, and makes it a perfect sweetness, not overwhelming.
