The Second Wedding Reception: A Casual Affair

We made some red velvet and cinnamon spice mini cupcakes for the couple's seccond reception, a casual open house. Homemade rice crispy treats were also on the menu as well as raspberry crumble bars (not pictured).

Baby Shower Bliss: Adorable Mini Cupcakes

Mini Cupcakes are perfect for a wedding or baby shower! For this baby shower, we did 4 different flavors so everyone could try one of each. Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Icing, Coconut with Coconut Buttercream, Raspberry White Chocolate with Raspberry Buttercream and Peanut Butter and Jelly with Peanut Butter Buttercream. Each is decorated with love and care. The Red Velvets and Coconuts are topped with edible hand painted baby giraffe's and butterflies on fondant 'coins'.
