Pecan-Rum Mini Rolls

This pastry is very simple, yet delicious. But what isn't delicious here? Pecans are placed in the tin, then the dough is rolled with brown sugar and cinnamon and placed on top of the pecans. As they bake the pecans stick to the pastry. As soon as they are done baking, the tin is placed upside-down and all the little pastries pop out. They are then glazed when still hot, with a rum glaze. So good.
