Blueberry-Strawberry Muffins
Seriously.. these muffins are amazing! More importantly, they are made with whole wheat flour, almond oil, and sugar in the raw, just to point out why it's ok to eat them, with all their healthy ingredients. They are nice and moist because of the oil, fresh fruit and almond meal. Then cinnamon sugar in the raw streusel was put on top before baking, giving the tops a nice crunch.

Pecan-Rum Mini Rolls
This pastry is very simple, yet delicious. But what isn't delicious here? Pecans are placed in the tin, then the dough is rolled with brown sugar and cinnamon and placed on top of the pecans. As they bake the pecans stick to the pastry. As soon as they are done baking, the tin is placed upside-down and all the little pastries pop out. They are then glazed when still hot, with a rum glaze. So good.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
The difference with these cookies and others, is that the rolled oats were first soaked with water, to make the cookies extra moist. The raisins were also soaked in rum, and the butter was melted instead of creamed. All components to a not so ordinary cookie. These bake crispy on the outside, and moist on the inside, a perfect combination.

First, Gluten-free Strawberry Champagne Cupcake Parfaits made with layers of mascerated strawberries in champagne and granulated sugar, mini gluten-free strawberry cupcakes and strawberry champagne buttercream. Decorated with large sugar granules for a crunch and white chocolate and served in beautiful chanpagne glasses.
The Trios of Mousse are layered dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate raspberry mousse. Decorated with chocolate dipped raspberries and chocolate shavings, served in petite cordial glasses.

Lemon Pound Cake
This cake is very airy and fluffy. The reason is the mixing method. The eggs and sugar are mixed for about 10 minutes, then the flour is folded in, instead of mixed, making it nice and light. The lemon flavor goes wonderfully with the butter flavor.
