Butterscotch-Brandy Pudding
This is the perfect 'adult' pudding, if you never grew out of the pudding phase during childhood, but who hasn't right? The brown sugar is cooked nice and dark to give a mild butterscotch flavor, and also making it less sweet, with a touch of brandy added at the end for an extra layer of flavor. Before serving, some homemade caramel sauce is poured on, sprinkles of fleur de sel, for the sweet-salty combination, and of course some fresh whipped cream on top.
