Maple Cinnamon Rolls


These are a little different from our usual recipe, the dough is lighter making the roll more cakey. The filling was made with superfine sugar, instead of dark brown sugar. The glaze was made with real maple syrup and some strong coffee, instead of cream cheese. Both are delicious, but this is just a little different!

Blackberry & Blueberry Cobbler











This is definitely a crowd pleaser, you can't go wrong, and any fruit can be added, whatever is in season. This version was also made with whole wheat flour, it adds nuttiness, but isn't obvious at all, and tastes great.
